We have been using CMM Technology for some time now to do the calibration of our breathalysers. They are very efficient and extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality service.

As the Security Coordinator for a major project, I rely on having my Breathalysers being serviced and returned with a minimum of fuss. CMM have kept in touch with me and let me know what was happening. They have expedited some of the work they were doing for me which has been greatly appreciated. Happy to provide my name and job title, but I am not authorised to use the company's name.

Simple and clear reminders for calibration of our equipment was fantastic - so easy to miss one of these and these reminders meant I was able to plan ahead, get all our equipment calibrated in succession so we weren't without a breathalyser. I knew where the process was up to all the time with emails from support, and when I had questions about a new breathalyser I had quick response and follow up support. Despite the fact that CMM are based in WA and we are in NSW - the service was quick, timely and excellent.

We use CMM Technology to calibrate our onsite breathalysers every six months, CMM staff are always friendly and timely in their online responses and always friendly when on the phone. CMM are also extremely prompt in testing the equipment and returning to us within 3-4 business days total turn around (which is amazing seeing as the units have to travel from one side of the country to the other outside of the next day delivery areas) leaving the organisation with only a small amount of time without this coverage. Could not be happier with the current level of service supplied by CMM.

In the short time the company has used CMM for our drug and alcohol testing kits we have had great response times etc from CMM and would recommend to any requiring these products.
