Four rescued after tinnie carrying cannabis found ‘drifting to Indonesia’
<p>Four men who only had about a day's worth of water left had to be rescued from a tinnie drifting off the Top End coast. But they now face drug charges after police discovered a commercial quantity of cannabis on board.</p>
