We have been using CMM Technology for some time now to do the calibration of our breathalysers. They are very efficient and extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality service.

Simple and clear reminders for calibration of our equipment was fantastic - so easy to miss one of these and these reminders meant I was able to plan ahead, get all our equipment calibrated in succession so we weren't without a breathalyser. I knew where the process was up to all the time with emails from support, and when I had questions about a new breathalyser I had quick response and follow up support. Despite the fact that CMM are based in WA and we are in NSW - the service was quick, timely and excellent.

We use CMM Technology to calibrate our onsite breathalysers every six months, CMM staff are always friendly and timely in their online responses and always friendly when on the phone.
CMM are also extremely prompt in testing the equipment and returning to us within 3-4 business days total turn around (which is amazing seeing as the units have to travel from one side of the country to the other outside of the next day delivery areas) leaving the organisation with only a small amount of time without this coverage.
Could not be happier with the current level of service supplied by CMM.
