Simple and clear reminders for calibration of our equipment was fantastic – so easy to miss one of these and these reminders meant I was able to plan ahead, get all our equipment calibrated in succession so we weren’t without a breathalyser. I knew where the process was up to all the time with emails from support, and when I had questions about a new breathalyser I had quick response and follow up support. Despite the fact that CMM are based in WA and we are in NSW – the service was quick, timely and excellent.
