Driver claims he was taking photos of ‘elephant-shaped cloud’ while on meth, police say

<p>Clouds supposedly resembling an elephant were worthy of catching on camera for an Adelaide driver who was allegedly on drugs at the time he was pulled over, police have said.</p>
