Two men accused of using ‘black flights’ to smuggle drugs between Australia and PNG refused bail
<p>Salvatore Formica and Pierinio Forni are ordered to be extradited to Cairns over an alleged drug ring exposed when a plane carrying 500 kilos of cocaine crashed in Papua New Guinea in July.</p>
