Darwin mum was driving under the influence of drugs, alcohol, before fatal crash

<p>A Darwin mother of three who was behind the wheel of a car when it crashed, killing her young son and friend, has admitted to being under the influence of drugs on the night of the crash more than a year ago.</p>
