Gentility is considered by many to be a matter of culture and breeding. It is widely demonstrated to be a “blue blood” trait and only available in unpredictable amounts to the rest of us. However, gentility is nowhere close to taking its last bow. For example, when a boss gives his scatterbrained new secretary five more chances, because she just hasn’t got the hang of it yet, then he is showing gentility. When a woman gives a man ten more chances to get over his nervousness when he’s around her, then that is gentility. And when you implement multiple strike policies in your company for your employees, then that is gentility. What do we mean by that? Well, we’ll tell you.
Your company can choose to fire employees who break the no-drugs, no-alcohol rule right away, or it can choose to give them multiple strikes. Gentility can come in the form of management which decides to recommend an employee to be let go or to be given another chance, or gentility can be found in upper levels, where executives look at people and give them fair chances because they are part of their bread and butter. It is a matter of opinion, of course, about what is gentle and that also depends upon the people and what their individual life experiences and perspectives are, but more people give gentility than those who decide to receive it.
It is more genteel to have your employee drug testing occur at your business, using onsite drug testing, than it is to make your employees use their time and petrol and money to go to a laboratory and be tested there. It saves you time and money, too. Drug testing requires drug test equipment, which we have here at CMM Technology, such as alcohol tests, urine drug tests, and our special Rapid STAT saliva drug test. We are even NATA accredited for our breathalyser recalibration service. Now, naturally, we want to become a greater part of the way you do business, and we believe in being genteel and in considering the needs and wants of your employees. Onsite drug testing may be exactly what you are looking for: (+61) 1300 79 70 30.
